Engage didn't emerge from a startup garage it was built on the foundations of a proven technology consultancy with deep enterprise roots across the GCC and beyond.

Engage was created by Exalogic Consulting a technology consultancy that spent over 10 years building HR infrastructure for enterprises across the GCC and beyond.

We watched HR leaders struggle with disconnected systems: one tool for recruitment, another for onboarding, spreadsheets for visa tracking, and manual processes for everything in between. Every organization we worked with described the same frustrations.

So we stopped building custom solutions for individual clients and started building a platform for all of them. One intelligent system that connects hiring, onboarding, visa management, and workforce operations end to end.
