15 years of enterprise technology. One flagship HR product.
Engage didn't emerge from a startup garage it was built on the foundations of a proven technology consultancy with deep enterprise roots across the GCC and beyond.
Engage was created by Exalogic Consulting a technology consultancy that spent over 10 years building HR infrastructure for enterprises across the GCC and beyond.
We watched HR leaders struggle with disconnected systems: one tool for recruitment, another for onboarding, spreadsheets for visa tracking, and manual processes for everything in between. Every organization we worked with described the same frustrations.
So we stopped building custom solutions for individual clients and started building a platform for all of them. One intelligent system that connects hiring, onboarding, visa management, and workforce operations end to end.

HR complexity is a systemic failure, not a software gap.
Across enterprise clients in the GCC and beyond, the Exalogic team kept running into the same cluster of problems. A construction firm managing work permit renewals on a spreadsheet. An IT services company whose new hires arrived on Day 1 to find no laptop, no email, and no access because IT and HR weren't coordinating.
Lost globally every year to employee disengagement the problem Engage addresses at its root.
Maximum cost of a single bad senior hire the kind AI-powered recruitment prevents.
Re-entry ban for a missed visa overstay 100% preventable with the right system.
What we're here to do and where we're going
Two statements that guide every product decision, every hire, and every partnership we make.

To build the world’s most intuitive workforce operating system eliminating the operational failures that cost businesses their best people, their best projects, and their peace of mind.

A world where HR is a strategic advantage, not an administrative burden because the operational layer runs itself.
The principles that shape how we build.
Action over advice
AI should do things, not just surface dashboards. Every capability we build is judged by whether it prevents a problem not whether it shows you the problem on a prettier chart.
Honesty in everything
With customers, partners, and ourselves. We don't overpromise on roadmaps or hide what the product can't yet do. Trust is built slowly and lost fast we choose slowly.
Fit into the world as it is
Most companies already have systems. We build to complement, not replace. A product that works alongside existing infrastructure gets adopted. One that demands a clean slate gets shelved.
Context is everything
A UAE visa workflow is not the same as a UK one. We build for the real world specific, contextual, compliant not the generic one.
Right-sized for everyone
Enterprise software has left mid-market businesses behind for too long. We price, package, and design Engage so that a 15-person startup and a 5,000-person enterprise can both use it well.
People behind the platform
HR software exists to make working life better for real people. Every feature we ship, we ask does this make the employee's experience better? Does it reduce the HR team's stress? If not, we rethink it.
